Coverage
WaterWell warrants that your WaterWell product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. This warranty is only valid for the original purchaser and is not transferable.
What is Covered
- Defects in materials and workmanship
- Any failure of the product to perform as specified in the product documentation
What is Not Covered
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or improper maintenance
- Damage resulting from unauthorized repairs or modifications
- Accidental damage or damage caused by natural disasters
Warranty Service
